Refund and Exchange policy
We will inspect items before posting out. We will refund or exchange any defected items if it is being mailed to
us within 7 days after purchase. And postage charges for all exchange to be borne by buyer. Customers are to
make sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails.
Exchanges are only considered for prominent manufacturer's defects;
Note: below reasons are not considered as defects:
- Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase;
- Slight colour differences (NOTE: Colours of items may differ slightly due to variations of monitor¡¯s colour management), wrinkles;
- Sizing issues (clothes do not fit);
- Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;
- Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.

Exchange for other design is prohibited unless the particular design is Out of Stock.
Delivery
ChicMoss will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels caused by Singpost.
All the prices stated on the site are final and non-negotiable.
ChicMoss reserves the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion and amend Terms & Conditions at any point
of time without prior notice.
